Kyle Marinshaw, Program Officer

Kyle Marinshaw joined the Koret Foundation in 2015 as program officer. In this role, he manages a diverse portfolio of general community grants, with a particular focus on education and arts and culture. Since joining the Foundation, Kyle has helped to launch a new $50 million initiative to strengthen higher education institutions in the Bay Area.

Prior to joining Koret, Kyle was a consultant at WolfBrown, a top arts and cultural management consultancy firm. During that time, he worked with a diverse roster of clients, including the Performing Arts Program of the Hewlett Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts, Arts Midwest, and Chorus America. Kyle led a range of consulting projects, including program evaluation, strategic planning, market research, and capacity building initiatives. Prior to his consulting career, Kyle worked for Arlington Cultural Affairs in Arlington County, VA where he supported a diverse portfolio of cultural organizations.

Kyle holds a BFA from the University of Arizona and an MA in Arts Management from American University in Washington, DC. Originally from Scottsdale, AZ, Kyle has lived in the Bay Area for over eight years. He is an avid runner and outdoor enthusiast, and in his spare time you can find him either training for a half marathon or hiking one of the many beautiful Bay Area trails.
